Service Description
In this initial session time is given to allowing the space to share that which is on your mind. In doing so there is support to unpick, examine, organize and start your journey to health. Some clients need the full time to talk while others use the first hour and then have the last 30 minutes for a specifically chosen light hypnosis to prepare for future work.
